Written using psp9 but other versions should work just as well

Supplies Needed:

Tube of choice - I am using the lovely artwork of Irulana

Scrapkit - Haunting Melody from Pink Paradox Productions

Mask 0038 from Dragonflyspsp

Font of choice

open blank canvas 700 x 700

floodfill white

c/p paper 47

apply mask

merge group

resize 90

c/p frame 13

resize 40

rotate left 5

element 50, resize 30, bottom right corner

element 189, resize 30, mirror, along bottom of frame

so the curve is past the right of previous element

element 120, resize 50, along left side of frame

element 164, resize 30, on top of lampost in the middle,

duplicate, mirror

element 132, resize 30, bottom left corner, duplicate twice,

flip one and drag below original, move other to top right corner

of frame and drag below it, erase any that is showing inside the frame

element 183, resize 30, along bottom of frame, 

element 155, resize 50, along bottom of frame, mirror

duplicate, rotate right 90, drag below frame layer

element 47, resize 30, rotate left 53, bottom left corner

element 196, resize 70, move to left slightly

c/p tube, resize to fit nicely on your tag

drag down layer palette to just above the frame

d/s all elements except the sparkles, 2,5,50,8, black

add name, copyright and license information

delete white bg layer

merge visible

crop and save as png
