Written using psp9 but other versions should work just as well

open blank canvas 700 x 700 

floodfill white

c/p tube as new layer

resize by 40 (or to fit nicely in the middle of your canvas if using a different tube)

effects - Muras meister copies - encircle, change shift x & y to 15 but leave 

all other settings default.

effects - DSB Flux - Radial Smox

scale 13, density 50, frequency 50, tune 50

apply mask of choice

merge group

c/p tube again

resize by 60

apply mask again

merge group

c/p cluster 

position so face of tube is inside the cluster

duplicate

image, mirror

drag below the top cluster

move down so the heart is visible

then erase any parts of the duplicated cluster

that are showing inside the first cluster

make tube layer active

erase any of the tube that is showing outside the clusters

Duplicate

adjust blur, gaussian blur, 10

change blend mode to burn

Add your name, license and copyright information

delete white background layer

merge visible

save as png.
